Jason is home

Jason and I just got home about 30 minutes ago and it is definitely nice to be in our own home--there's just nothing like having your own recliner, bed, and clothes:) Jason continues to recover well. The only restrictions he has is no driving and no heavy lifting. His diet is not restricted at all and that makes him feel great:) We will be spending the weekend together. I would like to ask that we do not have visitors at this time as Jason still needs time to rest and get all of his strength back. It has been an exhausting few days for Jason. We just ask that you would continue to keep us in your prayers. Jason will have an appointment with the radiation and oncology specialists on Monday. Thanks again for the love and support from all of you.

Hi J & J---
Your blog is amazing!! It is wonderful to see your faith in God to be what is carrying you. With God nothing is impossible. We look forward to Jason returning to work--before baseball season.

Jason, this is from an old coach. Jim, Dave and I had the pleasure of having you as part of one of the best baseball teams to ever come out of this area. It was an honor to see you and Matt coaching against each other at the JV level. I was thrilled when you were appointed Varsity coach at Bullock Creek. Knowing your leadership when you were 15, and watching you grow through high school and college, I'm sure this is just another time at bat in your life. You've got the whole team on your side again. We're counting on you now as we did those years ago when you lead us to the World Championship game in Florida. Know that we are here and know that we have you in our hearts and prayers.
